Looks like I am overthinking this. Flat ground, easy access to City Sightseeing and some places to get a bite.

Any suggestions in Victoria and Albert within a few blocks of above?

If you have the Uber app you can set it up with credit card pay and you can add a tip at the end of the trip. I think Uber is your best bet and I never have a problem with them.
