This was my interpretation as well. If that is the case, I'll likely part ways with Bilt if a new application is required. I'm going based on the precedent that a few here had when Bilt wound down their initial issuer and steered everyone toward applying for the Wells Fargo issued card as a new application.

I don't see any large issuer running toward Bilt to buy the portfolio given Well Fargo's experience.
