Weird survey about nonsense names for rebundled fares?
I just took a seemingly endless survey about names for their new fare bundles. The names they gave the bundles were beyond ridiculous (“giant leap”, “long weekend “).
I fear that this doesn’t bode well for the future. Based on the survey, BA is planning on getting us all to pay more for whatever they put into these bundles. And pay them with our time to understand the silly names they want to give these bundles.
I don’t know who approved this nonsense. As a survey, it violates pretty much every rule of research I learned in grad school. And the vocabulary they’re testing is appalling in its opacity and for the sheer volume of marketing nonsense. It took me nearly 20 minutes to get through it. Yikes!
Did anyone else get an invitation to take this survey?
