Flying KOA -LAX tomorrow and unable to preorder anything. Called the EXP line a week or so ago and they had no clue why but asked the relevant department for an answer. Nothing further to report. I will ask the FAs tomorrow if they know. My guess is that catering is very limited here and they can’t offer anything other than 2 or 3 predetermined options.
