Hi, very infrequent Avios user so a basic question on transfering Avios points to a partner airline

My wife and I have separate BAEC accounts and also a HH account. For the sake of illustration, assume I have 120k and she has 100k Avios - 220k HH Avios.

We desire to transfer 216k Avios points to Finnair for Finnair award travel @ 108k each for 2 award seats

Are we able to do a single transfer of our combined HH Avios pts of 220k to my Finnair account?

Our do we need to build up her Avios to 110K, set a Finnair account in her name, and make 2 independent transfers to our separate Finnair accounts. We'd then apply for 2 separate Finnair award tickets?
