Just came back from an international trip on December 1 and Global Entry is just one machine now and one person at a time. The process is quite fast. The blue kiosks are still working but they were having everyone use the one new kiosk.
Maybe something changed last week -- not my experience at Bradley on November 28 -- people were being directed to use all the kiosks and there was a very short wait (seconds) to wait for a kiosk to free up. The person was directing groups to share a kiosk which didn't make sense to me, but maybe was easier to manage the people.
