There are flash and flex files available on the Internet that you can download if you have a data cable for the V600. A search for V600 flash and flex should yield some results. You can even get a flex that is not customized to any particular operator. I'm using GI9V600000AA0E9 flex and TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.45R flash, which has a field debug menu option that is useful for me.
