Do you guys know if the Annual Fee could be waived (e.g. via phone call) for the "Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard"? Considering I don't have a SCB account. Trying to find a good card for Octopus AAVS, seems this one is HK$6/AM (and also preferential rate of HK$2/AM when booking Cathay/HKExpress). I plan to only use it for minmaxing my Octopus rewards, and keep other cards for main spending (HSBC Signature for Dining, Red for Online & AMEX explorer for general use - though this could be a good backup for places that don't take AMEX while maintaining HK$6/mile)
