No confirmation email but ticket appears issued - anything to worry about?

Hi all,

In May I made a 2-4-1 reward booking for travel at the end of December and received a confirmation email including ticket number. I subsequently changed the outbound date and destination in September, but haven't had a confirmation email. It's showing as ticketed in the app with a different 125-xxxx ticket number than in the initial confirmation email.

Should I be concerned by the lack of email and do I need to chase anything up? I only just noticed the lack of confirmation email as I had to change a couple of other flights at the same time. While they're for the same trip and were changed during the same phone call to BA, they're under different PNRs as they couldn't be added to the 2-4-1 booking. I've had confirmation emails for these other changes.
