I believe on the strip, they do an option for special agreements for 30+ stays. You have to go through management and sign a special contract (I assume this is due to the tenant rights, etc). I heard this is done in MGM properties.
Whether these nights would count towards EQN, I'm not sure.
I just did 30 plus nights in a Hyatt Regency on a slightly discounted rate
verbal no contract.Prior to agreeing I confirmed that there is no limit to earning stay credit and points
Was told no limit
Former SPG had a 30 day limit to earning points and stay night/ credit without checking out and in again
