The last two Hyatt's I went to, the Peloton was broken, so wasn't even able to see if it actually worked!

I had this happen at a Hyatt Centric (bikes not set-up correctly). I asked the front desk for the points compensation and they gave me 1500 because I missed out on collecting points. Always ask the FD to give you points if the machines are broken or not working.
