SO is smack bang in the middle of all the action and the area is usually busy in the weekends.
Cordis is on the edge of town and would be a very long walk or a 10 minute uber ride down to the viaduct area where the bars and restaurants are (and SO) but close to the bars on K road if that's your scene. SO for me cos of the rooftop bar
