Never owned it. Lake Windsong and all the surrounding land is owned by Evermore, whose focus is seemingly on the redeveloped north campus.

My hope was that the ownership of the hotel would renovate/reposition the hotel in a similar way to Grand Hyatt Scottsdale (they share ownership) but Hyatt announcing a Grand Hyatt by the convention center makes that unfeasible.

It could absolutely be a better hotel - it was AAA Five Diamond when it opened.
