Fast track / priority at the OW alliance level is a benefit which only comes with the Emerald-tier. Finnair does provide priority security / fast track privileges for its own FFP members starting in some cases even at OWR equivalent tier (provided you are on AY ticket stock and have the corresponding AY FFP status - see here https://www.finnair.com/fi-en/smooth...security-check, scroll down to "airports with priority security").
