Compared to the other two HR in Orlando the location is better, but it is not up to Hyatt standards in terms of the hard and soft goods.
Several amenities have been removed it seems - the rope bridge has been removed for example. It seems like access to the golf course is preferred only for Evermore guests, and not HR guests.
I don't know how this is impacted by the Evermore Resort, which replaced the Villas at Grand Cypress. Not sure if they share ownership or not.
The tennis courts are gone as well.It seems Hyatt either sold some of the property or never owned it. The rope bridge was removed unfortunately. Although it was clearly posted that there should be no jumping from the bridge it happened very often and was a large liability to keep. The golf course is not owned by Hyatt. The property is definitely in need of a rehab. They have added pickleball.
