Heading to HCMC over Christmas and debating what hotel to do. Looks like concensus is that LM is the best if you wanna be in D1, but Vinpearl is really nice if you don't mind being slightly out of the way. Currently titanium.

Current rates I can get:

JW: $165/night
LM: $185/night (Sheraton and Ren are also this rate)
Vinpearl: $227/night

Haven't thought about using points because I'm fine with the cash rate.
