You can show your digital United Club membership card, which you can pull up in the United app. Go to Wallet >> Passes and Subscriptions.
Remember, most of these phone customer service agents are minimum wage earners or offshored. They don’t know anything about the actual card benefits since they don’t actually use them themselves.
