Separate tickets - Finnair and Air India International connection
I'm flying from NYC to DEL on Finnair or one ticket and then from DEL to KTM on Air India on a separate ticket. Arrive in DEL at 6:05 am and considering either a 12:45pm or 2:00 pm departure from DEL to KTM.
Planning to check-in my luggage.
Would the 12:45 pm be cutting it short? Still have 6 hours for customs/luggage and to check-in/security (have a India visa).
Also if the check-in counters aren't open or Security won't let me in until 3 hrs or so, is there an Arrivals lounge I can use after existing & luggage collection?
