I guess UA used the same strategy for IAH-MGA route as those US-CN route. Even though the flights are empty, they charge huge amounts of money for tickets. What is even more interesting is that they have much more X or XN award ticket from MGA-IAH, but IAH-MGA only has Y or YN for most days.
