Upcoming travel plans require returning from LIH to SAN, connecting on HNL redeye; the good news is that there was U space available, but I could not figure out how to book the connection with an eligible fare online. Ended up calling in, agent was able to book the ticket, apply GGU.

Ticket priced as 2 separate flights; bit more than I wanted to spend, but still much less than paying for F. 7.5k mile SAN-HNL outbound takes away some of the sting.
