Spent a couple nights here recently, breakfast was only offered at the club but the staff and property were really good IMO. Definitely felt like a proper Grand Hyatt and the view of the west lake was great. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time but the fog gave it a cool vibe. No suites were available at check in but was upgraded to the lake view which was appreciated and a good size.
