Does anyone know if the AF check-in desks in MAD are open 24/7? Or maybe hopefully even up to 1AM?

I'm arriving on a separate booking around midnight, I then need to pick up my bags, and then I'm leaving again on a 6AM flight to CDG.

I'd love to be able to check in again immediately after collecting my suitcase, but given that there's no AF flights leaving between midnight and 6AM, that might not be possible.
I'm flying in J, but I don't think it'll make any difference.

Am I going to have to wait until 3.00ish to be able to check in?

Edit: I've found some places online mentioning self service bag drop. Would that be open at times when the normal desks are closed?
