You're going to need 1 or 2 flights on a Oneworld airline to get 25 Elite Points. You would then be Plata until April 2026.
The real benefits start at Gold though, which requires 2250 Elite Points before 31 March 2025.
To requalify Plata, you would need to earn another 1,100 Elite Points between 1 April 2025 - 31 March 2026. (or take 25 flights)
