Beware of WS changing your plane to one without a premium cabin.
It's definitely a reasonable fare for booking this far out.
If you don't mind your money being tied up, go for it.
I ended up not booking the September because I realised WJ (and AC) charge a change fee still and there a pretty high likelihood I will have to cancel or move the dates. Don't travel Canadian domestic very much and didn't realise Canadian carriers a) still charge fees etc and b) charge so much more than American airlines for similar stage lengths!
I did pick up a YYZ-YYC-YYJ in April for 462.67 which has now gone back up to 1,264.97 without the CM code and 981/62 with the CM code so that was a pretty good deal at least.
Will keep an eye out for another sale...

Was last weeks pricing all off ? Or is this normal
of note the economy fares were unchanged
I think those prices were the Black Friday sale (which ended last night) and you didn't need a code. This code is Cyber Monday.
