At YVR, there are limited places that take the new vouchers. eg. the Tim's beside TB MLL doesn't. I think one Tim's on the DOM side is listed as accepting them.

The change seems to be tied to a much improved hotel booking system - eligible pax get text/email to confirm a hotel booking right away rather than having to wait for a whole planeful to have to speak to two agents.
