It sounds to me like OP doesn't have BA Bronze, but rather expects to be granted BA Bronze on the basis of having RJ Bronze Sunbird - perhaps they could clarify?

ETA: Bronze Sunbird doesn't seem to be a oneworld qualifying level anyway, so no benefits are due.
