When I called UA two months ago to ask about a membership card, they said to contact Chase. When I contacted Chase, they said the Chase credit card was all that I would receive and all that was needed. I told them directly that I had been denied admission to a Thai Airways lounge with my credit card and they said that must have been a mistake.
If I call and write UA and Chase and ask for a card and am told that I won't receive one and that none is necessary, is this premium level service?
That's not what Chase customer service told me.
