Just finished a two night stay on a STARS rate as a Bonvoy Gold. Came with breakfast, 30,000 credit, upgrade if available, and welcome gift.

i was upgraded from a skyline view to Ohari Park view when I checked the app the day of. Check in took maybe 20-25 minutes, and I was able to check into my room around 1:30pm.

Lots of positives about this hotel. Great service while not being over the top, reservation team was phenomenal 2/2 restaurants booked, along with a brownie (not the welcome amenity) included in the room after I had forgotten to book with them. Breakfast was quite good, the guys at Bay Bar were great, and Vridiris had a good breakfast along with pretty good italian food. The rate may be 2-3x times higher than the next level of hotels but I found the F and B cost to be extremely affordable even compared to other hotels bars in the area.

The area Tenjin is great for shopping and bars as well. Tenjin nishi station is about a 10-15 minute walk or you can take a quick cab from Hakata for about 1,500

Ohari Park View was nice during the autumn season even though Fukuoka itself was having very little chance. Lots of functional space, deep bathtub, a/c worked great, and elevators were fast lol.

I’d definitely stay again if the rates were around what I paid which was 90,000 a night or lower.
