Does anyone know the current status of cancelling Delta flights booked through the portal or making changes on the Delta app. A couple years ago, I could easily see and manage my Delta portal bookings on the Delta app as of it was booked directly through Delta. However last year I had a flight booked through the portal that would not allow me to make any changes and instructed me to call chase. Recent data points from reddit and such are again saying that everything can be managed from the Delta app, including cancelling and getting an eCredit directly.

Any recent experience?
