They are telling me to go into the 250,000 Loyalty Point Award and select $250:

However, isn't this something different than the $125 offer? I think the rep is confusing things.
This is what I'm referring to:

Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard® cardholders can earn a $125 American Airlines flight discount certificate after spending $20,000 or more in purchases during their card membership year and renewing their card

The rep said I should call 1-866-458-4216 and discuss with Citi.
