TK can be great, but you need to look a the aircraft type and avoid the 777s and probably also the 330s. The 359s and 789s are good.
NH has a great product JFK-HND. HND-BKK - just o.k. At these prices I would check what NH First costs ...
OP has a 2yr old kid.
The TK 777 might actually be the best choice, as they can take the center 3x block of seats, and keep the kid in the middle. I do not think the TK 787/350 seat will be good with such a young child.
SQ bulkhead seat would also be good as the center pair turn into a pseudo double bed, again good if such a young kid is involved.
Flight timing would also be a major factor with a 2yr old
