The Chase MP Infinite Card will not work for admittance. You need to use the actual UC Membership card with the Star Alliance emblem. And generally they prefer the physical card over the virtual card. Physical UC cards are sent to the non-eltes and Silver. Gold and higher elites don't need it as their *G status provides access.
Paid Lounge Membership Customers
Eligible Paid Lounge Membership customers have access to any Star Alliance member carriers’ owned Business Class lounges.
- Eligible Paid Lounge Membership Customers include: Air Canada Maple Leaf Club – Worldwide, and United Airlines United Club.
- Customer must present a valid eligible paid lounge membership card which displays the Star Alliance Lounge Logo.
- Customer must also present a Boarding Pass for travel in any class of travel on a Star Alliance flight departing from the local airport.
- Customer is entitled to one Eligible Guest travelling on the same Star Alliance flight departing from the local airport.
- Customer may be a Revenue Customer or Non-Revenue Customer.
- With respect to Non-Revenue Customers, member carriers may set their own policies for their own employees with respect to their eligibility to enter that carrier’s own lounges.
