I haven't been able to make a complaint to AESA. Although i've tried to ask for an e4F (eSignature for Foreigners) to be able to make the complaint, didn't get any answer.

Do you guys have any experience? How long did it take for you to get yours?

I know there is companies that offer to make the claim for you and will take around 25%. Any good experience with this? Any in particular?
