Need help re refund entitlement TAP
Been a while since I posted. If this is wrong place apologies and please move. Thanks.Facts are simple. All flights booked TAP business but not refundable. Flight 1 booked as a flight San Francisco to Lisbon on TAP. We planned to stay 2 days in Lisbon and fly on third day via Flight 2 TAP to Copenhagen. Fly back through Lisbon to San Francisco on TAP -no issue. Two days ago, TAP changes flight 1 by moving two days ahead resulting in only 90 minutes in Lisbon before flight 2 leaves negating hotels and any planned events in Lisbon. TAP says will refund only flight1 and ZERO on flight 2. Says a separate ticket so all payment is lost. Considerable loss if flight 2 gets no refund. Thoughts??/
