Following up with a report from my stay.
Overall a nice property, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Location: The hotel is in Overton Square, right in Midtown. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance, as well as a CVS and a supermarket.

Parking: A little confusing in terms of different options and prices. There's nowhere to pull in in the front, so you have to go into the gated lot in the back. There are 40 spots in the hotels own lot. There is also the Overton Square parking structure immediately behind that, which is shared with shops and restaurants. The hotels own parking is currently $15, and the parking structure seems to be $10. We didn't see any valet parking, even though one website said so. (Some stuff also mentions $6 and $12 options, but none seem to exist)

Lobby/check-in: the lobby is really nice, with a small check-in desk and lots of interesting decor and sitting areas. There was a live piano player in the evening.

We had tried to apply a NUA in advance, but they did not clear. We had selected the only two options- junior suite and suite, which were both available for sale at check-in. At check-in, the standard room we had been assigned wasn't ready yet (~2:15pm), and my husband asked if there were upgraded rooms available. We were given an upgrade to a Junior Suite.
We were also told that, because we were platinums, we would receive a voucher good for one signature cocktail in the restaurant/ground floor bar. We confirmed we could only get one, and since there were two of us, we didn't use it.

Room: the room was very nicely decorated and furnished. Some of the furniture was showing liquid damage already though.

One thing common to all the rooms is that the sink/vanity is in the room right when you walk in, next to the closet and a Nespresso machine, and then the toilet and shower are each in a separate room. The shower was excellent.

There's a sliding door that separates that entry area from the main room.

The junior suite had a very large sitting area with a (not very comfortable) sofa bed, and a more comfortable armchair and ottoman, facing a massive TV. There was mini fridge under the TV as well.

The king bed was comfy. The junior suite kind of goes behind the service elevator, so there was some noise from that.

There was one small bottle of Perrier and one small of Acqua Panna in the room, unclear if they were complimentary. There were also empty water bottles you could use to fill up at the "hydration station" in the hallway. Beneath the taps at the hydration station was a freezer with plastic bags of ice.

The biggest downside of the room was that there was a significant draft coming from the windows, making it quite chilly.

Gym: decently sized gym on the main floor, with cardio equipment, hand weights, and one resistance machine

F&B: the hotel has two dining establishments. On the top floor is Tiger and Peacock, a hip cocktail bar and lounge with a small food menu. There's seasonal outdoor space as well. The cocktails were good, and reasonably priced- $12-$15. Note that it was very busy, and seating may be limited without a reservation. To access, there's a dedicated elevator from the lobby, with a velvet rope and attendant who checks the seating situation and radios to the hostess you're on your way.

Then off the lobby there is the main restaurant, Complicated Pilgrim, which also has its own bar.

As a Platinum, we received a breakfast voucher for two, which we were told was good for a $40 credit. Prices were pretty reasonable.

We thought we may have gone over $40 with tax and coffee but the super friendly waitress told us we were fully covered and didn't need to sign anything.

All in all, a nice stay and a nice edition to some of the uninspiring existing properties in the area.
