Pre-ordered the Chicken Parmesan and really enjoyed it. As others have mentioned, it's not crispy and gets a little soggy reheated plus it's lacking much sauce, but the flavor was great. I would order it again. Although I normally fly UA so my standards were set pretty low considering the slop they serve!
