Asiana Business Class Sub Par Hard Product Experience

I just flew from SFO-ICN on their A350 and ICN-LAX on their to A380 in business and would choose to avoid their airline if at all possible in the future. Their service is ok, but their hard product is uncompetitive at best for these reasons:

1. No privacy. It's ok that there are no doors, but the layout means that it's easy to see other passengers across the aisle.
2. Very little storage space. There are 2 holders, one of which is used for the headphones and the other for a water bottle. This leaves one small cubby hole next to the side of the seat which can fit a phone and little else.
3. The TV monitor looks like it's from at least 10 years old. It's not HD, not very bright, and has big contrast issues, making it difficult to see.
4. The headphones provided are cheap plastic ones, that aren't even noise cancelling.
5. The side table is relatively small so I ended up using that space to store my stuff (see #2) therefore I couldn't use it for anything else.

For a business class cabin in 2024, this really is a let down. There are other airlines that have a 1-2-1 configuration in a much better setup (UA, BA, Qatar), but I can't figure out why Asiana decided to put these seats on their new A350 plane. Anyone else share the same experience?
