if you’re Globalist and are ok with the Toranomon Hills location, definitely go for Andaz. I’ve stayed at both and was not pleased with the Conrad when I stayed as a HH Diamond - service was not all that great compared to my prior pre-pandemic stay and they are eager to upsell you on everything - 3rd person fees, suite upgrades, etc. Andaz Tokyo is one of my favorite hotels anywhere and I’m always eager to go back.
Thanks so much. This will be my first trip to Japan so I'm not familiar with the different neighborhoods. If you have any tips and tricks for staying at the Andaz (hotel and the area around it), I'd love to hear them. I'm really excited that I was finally able to book a room here.
