If you booked on BA, it's BA you call / DM / chat. This is not the sort of thing where you can self-serve.
Booked with AA and everything looks totally fine from within the AA booking - new flight is there and it says the reservation is ticketed. I guess I should try giving them a call to make sure everything is okay with the booking? It's only BA where there seems to be a problem.
EDIT: Just saw you updated your post I think, guess I am calling AA. It's weird that they are not saying there's any issue on their site though. The new flight is just in place.
