I got the notification from AA about the flight change on the 27th October - I've been unable to access BA's MMB since then. When I try to login to BA MMB it correctly shows the cancelled flight and also the new flight within my itinerary, I just can't proceed any further. Is it BA or AA I need to call? Like I mentioned when I spoke to BA the agent seemed to have no idea what I was talking about (despite me trying to explain the problem three times), they just said to keep waiting.
