BA MMB Travel Disruption Stuck

Tried searching but couldn't find a specific thread about this. Booked an itinerary through AA that contains a few AA/BA/EI flights relatively recently. One of the AA flights was cancelled and replaced with a flight at an identical time (it looks like the only change was literally the flight number). If I check the booking on AA, it looks totally fine with the replaced flight and it's not prompting me to do anything. However if I use the BA PNR and try to check it there, it seems to be forever stuck on the "Your disruptions" page, where it says "One or more of your upcoming flights have been disrupted. Before you are able to proceed to Manage My Booking, please follow our guidance below.", but there is nothing below that.

I wouldn't mind except that I don't seem to be able to do seat selection without being able to access the BA PNR (short of calling BA), it's been like this for weeks now, has anyone had it stuck like this before and is there any way I can resolve it? I did try calling BA who said there's nothing they can do (the agent didn't even seem to understand exactly what the problem was).
