I have $245.5K MQM for conversion. I've earned PM naturally for 2025, muchly through my Reserve Platinum spend (which I think I'll be renewing for next year), and expect to be maybe 6-7K MQD short of a natural DM by the end of the year. Questions:

One thing to keep in mind, since you didn't indicate your 2024 medallion status: the only status that can be extended is the 2024 status as earned in 2023. So, you can only extend PM if you earned 2024 PM in 2023. Extending that PM status would apply to 2025 (a waste, since you've already earned PM organically) and 2026.
I agree with everyone else: convert sufficient MQMs to MQDs to achieve 2025 DM status, and take the rest as RDMs.
