Can anyone with Timatic access please check to see if this is actually in there, and whether the arrival must be by Jan 15 or all travel must be completed by then? Thank you.
ExpertFlyer (which I believe uses Timatic) shows the following for a US traveller - accessed today. Can't see any mention of the waiver.
