FWIW the current rebooking page lists various rebooking conditions and, according to what it states, the only difference between the Go Smart and Go Pro is the cost of rebooking (and limit on the number of times). Neither says anything different wrt. changes after trip started. So it would seem like both should be treated the same (money notwithsanding).
