SAS always tell you the fare class before you book. It is on the fare selection page, you need to click on the little “i”.
The fact that one has to click through to find it, instead of it just being clearly visible without effort, is the problem.
Fare class is a critical pience of information - now more than ever in Sky Team. There's no reason not to just display it on the main screen along with key restrictions.
