I have OWE through MH's Enrich Platinum.
I been trying to book economy ticket in Cathay on the website, not sure if I do it correctly or not, but I can only see the fare class towards the payment page.

Need help from CX expert,
1. Is there a way to see the fare class in earlier steps, rather than towards the end?
2. The option I have is Basic, Essential, and Flex, I tried all 3, all lead to Q. How can I get to at least H/K/M class?
