if you’re Globalist and are ok with the Toranomon Hills location, definitely go for Andaz. I’ve stayed at both and was not pleased with the Conrad when I stayed as a HH Diamond - service was not all that great compared to my prior pre-pandemic stay and they are eager to upsell you on everything - 3rd person fees, suite upgrades, etc. Andaz Tokyo is one of my favorite hotels anywhere and I’m always eager to go back.
