I’m more used to long-haul AA Flagship Business.

Now, AA serves a small appetizer, salad, and entree on 1300-2199 mile flights, with an ice cream cup (sorbet or regular ice cream, depending) or cheese plates. 2200+ mile flights get true sundaes and (IIRC, I might be wrong) a cookie upon landing.
