Returned to RDU today, and overall I have a bad taste in my mouth from this location.
I kept the Pathfinder and continued to have issues with it. The radar cruise popped up several times that it was unavailable due to a system malfunction (photo below) and the windshield washer fluid ran out. I got a gallon and filled it back up, and kept the receipt as normally they’re really nice about refunding the cost of the washer fluid. Not here. I handed the receipt to the returns agent, told him what it was for and about the radar cruise issue, and he said “Ok, thanks have a good day” and walked away. He had AirPods in so I’m not even sure he actually heard what I said, and clearly didn’t care. I was nice about it and wasn’t rude, so I don’t know what his problem was.
A family member I saw for the holiday rented with Enterprise and noted a great experience there (they even got upgraded by the desk) so maybe that’s my go-to instead if I’m back at RDU.
