Interesting to see the difference in cooking level for the curry dish. Aren't there standard "put the food in the oven at time 'x' before departure" instructions?
I think one of the BA crew has noted before but there's a few things that can cause problems, namely unexpected departure delays and ovens operating slightly differently (based on age etc...).
